- Own daily ops at the Canadian 3PL warehouse: inbound, outbound, returns.
- Own end-to-end order lifecycle for Canadian orders (CA/US/Asia).
- Lead fulfillment to meet SLA for pick/pack/dispatch.
- Work with the 3PL to resolve issues and boost throughput.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and capacity; drive improvements.
- Oversee middle-mile and final-mile transport; monitor carrier performance.
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years in logistics/supply chain operations in ecommerce.
- Experience with 3PL warehouses and returns management.
- Strong ecommerce order management workflows knowledge.
- Experience managing carrier networks: parcel, trucking, air.
- On-site at the Canadian warehouse (GTA) 1–2 days/week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
