Handle courier customs on hold for US import declarations.
File shipping documents for customs checks and tax rebates.
Contribute to logistics reporting and ad hoc tasks from the manager.

🎯 Requirements

Currently a third-year university student.
Good English reading/writing; able to communicate by email; fluent oral English preferred.
Major: Logistics Management, English, International Trade.
Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and logistics software (SAP/ERP/Odoo/Oracle a plus).
Familiar with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP) and export documentation.
Knowledge of flight routes and ports; customs codes filing and customs taxation knowledge a plus.
