- Oversee daily UK/EU order fulfilment across all sales channels.
- Manage and optimise 3PL partner performance using KPIs and vendor scorecards.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs/SLIs for picking, packing, shipping, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot logistics exceptions, delays, and service failures.
- Build and maintain SOPs for receiving, shipping, returns, and inventory workflows.
- Own regional inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and cycle counts.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years in fulfilment, logistics or supply chain ops.
- Experience with 3PLs, carriers, and customs brokers.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and inbound receiving.
- Familiarity with international logistics, customs, VAT (UK/EU preferred).
- Able to set KPIs, build vendor scorecards, drive SLA/SLI perf.
- Excellent cross functional, cross time zone communication.
