Logistics Coordinator, International Freight

📋 Description

• Quote and coordinate international and domestic shipments.
• Determine costs, pricing, procedures, and compliance for freight.
• Prepare freight forwarding requests and analyze carrier rates and routings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper paperwork (invoices, packing lists).
• Oversee billing to clients based on pricing; maintain cost/profit accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure end-to-end delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in international logistics.
• Extensive experience with major carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and international forwarders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in ERP systems, Salesforce, Excel, and database functions.
• Knowledge of customs, security, and import/export regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, proactive collaboration, and customer service mindset.
