Logistics Coordinator, International Freight

📋 Description

• Determine cost/pricing, develop procedures, and ensure compliance for international freight.
• Prepare quotes; analyze forwarder rates and carrier routings for shipments.
• Ensure regulatory paperwork (invoices, packing lists) and timely document distribution.
• Oversee billing to clients based on pricing to maintain costs and profits.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery with internal/external partners and carriers.
• Develop techniques for transporting goods to warehouses and final destinations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in international logistics.
• Extensive experience with major carriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL) and international forwarders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, fast-paced problem solving and execution.
• Proficient in ERP, Salesforce, Excel, and database functions.
• Knowledge of import/export laws and regulations (customs, gov agencies).
