Logistics Coordinator

📋 Description

• Maintain trackers for open purchase orders, inbound shipments, and delivery dates.
• Follow up with vendors to confirm shipment readiness, estimated ship dates, and release status.
• Verify shipment details such as quantities, packaging, destinations, incoterms, and required documentation.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure shipments are routed to the correct warehouse or receiving location.
• Provide engineering and operations teams with visibility into material arrival timing to support planning.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple open items and shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets or basic tracking systems.
• Clear communication with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Follow through on tasks and escalate issues when information is missing or timelines change.
• Enjoy supporting cross-functional teams in an operational, execution-focused environment.
• Nice to have: experience with freight forwarders or international shipments.
