Execute daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
Prepare and organize shipping docs: invoices, packing lists, and BOLs
Coordinate with external carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations and escalate shortages
Support reverse logistics and product return processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance for visibility

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or related field
Understanding of shipping terminology and logistics workflows from origin to destination
Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, or HubSpot a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
