📋 Description

  • Translate partnership strategy into quarterly execution plans with targets.
  • Drive operational rigor with owned workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and metrics.
  • Establish cadences (weekly standups, monthly reviews, QBRs) with AI-enabled tools.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, Enablement around partner priorities.
  • Orchestrate co-sell motions, joint campaigns, events, pilots, and integrations.
  • Serve as the internal hub for partner activity and primary contact with partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS across sales, alliances, or partnerships.
  • Experience with large platform/ISV partners; observability/IT automation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI ecosystem and AI tech stack.
  • Proven ability to build partner field relationships and co-sell execution.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI to streamline workflows and decision-making.
  • Experience carrying a quota and delivering against annual targets.
