📋 Description

  • Translate partnership strategy into quarterly execution plans.
  • Drive operational rigor with owners, timelines, dependencies, and metrics.
  • Establish cadences (weekly standups, monthly reviews, QBRs) with AI-enabled tools.
  • Align cross-functional teams around partner priorities and execution.
  • Orchestrate co-sell motions, campaigns, events, pilots, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships; primary day-to-day contact.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS across sales, alliances, or Biz Dev.
  • Proven operator; structures multi-stakeholder partnerships.
  • Experience with large platform/ISV partners; observability/IT automation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI ecosystem and AI tech stack.
  • History of building partner field relationships and co-sell execution.
  • Comfortable using AI and automation to improve workflows.
