⭐Role Overview

As a Principal Product Designer in the Customer Experience Group, you'll lead through design and own the strategy that brings our product experiences to life.

You'll be the driving force behind creating thoughtful, end-to-end solutions deeply rooted in customer needs, leveraging Design Thinking to ensure our products are as valuable as they are delightful.

This role is where strategic vision meets hands-on design: You'll influence product direction, make high-impact decisions, and ensure every solution is grounded in empathy, research, and business insight.
