⭐ Role Overview
We're looking for a
Director of Product Managementto lead Lodgify's Platform & AI Product Group, a team at the heart of our technical infrastructure, shared services, and foundational capabilities that power the customer experience across all product areas.In this role, you'll lead a team of Product Managers and oversee four high-impact areas, including our
AI Systems team, driving the strategy, vision, and execution for scalable, reusable solutions that enable every Lodgify experience to perform flawlessly. You'll work closely with engineering leadership, executives, and external partners to shape the future of our platform, from system performance and scalability to defining and executing our AI strategy.If you can think in systems, translate complex technical challenges into actionable product strategies, and inspire teams to deliver world-class, future-proof capabilities, this is your stage.
While this role is ideally based in Barcelona, we're also open to candidates based elsewhere who are happy to travel to our headquarters occasionally for key meetings and team gatherings.
