📋 Description

  • Drive sales performance and revenue growth across France through strategic plans.
  • Define ICP, map key accounts, analyze whitespace, and drive quarterly GTM plans.
  • Build pipeline via outbound outreach, social, and events; lead discovery; close opportunities.
  • Lead enterprise cycles with ops/IT/finance/legal; manage pilots; negotiate RaaS terms.
  • Grow partner ecosystem via SI, 3PLs, and channel partners; develop joint plans; generate pipeline.
  • Deliver forecasts using MEDDICC or BANT; provide weekly updates and commit calls.
  • Coordinate executive site visits, references, and value reviews; build champions.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Eng on scope/design/pricing; align CS on land-and-expand; Marketing on ABM.
  • Share market intel: competitive insights, pricing trends, and customer feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B tech or industrial sales, esp. robotics/logistics.
  • Experience selling AMR/ASRS/automation or software-enabled industrial solutions.
  • Relationships in 3PL, retail/e-commerce, and healthcare in France.
  • Familiar with RaaS models and multi-site rollout playbooks.
  • Proven hunter with quota attainment; closing six-figure+ ARR/CARR or RaaS deals.
  • Skilled in solution/value-based selling; TCO, labor/productivity, throughput/SLA, exec narratives.
  • Proficient in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and forecasting; strong pipeline discipline.
  • Native French; Spanish/Italian a plus.
  • Proficient English communication.
  • High travel readiness in Southern Europe (40-60%).
