🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in enterprise B2B tech or industrial sales, esp. robotics/logistics.
- Experience selling AMR/ASRS/automation or software-enabled industrial solutions.
- Relationships in 3PL, retail/e-commerce, and healthcare in France.
- Familiar with RaaS models and multi-site rollout playbooks.
- Proven hunter with quota attainment; closing six-figure+ ARR/CARR or RaaS deals.
- Skilled in solution/value-based selling; TCO, labor/productivity, throughput/SLA, exec narratives.
- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and forecasting; strong pipeline discipline.
- Native French; Spanish/Italian a plus.
- Proficient English communication.
- High travel readiness in Southern Europe (40-60%).
