🎯 Requirements
- Track record in property, venue negotiations, facilities management, or live event production.
- Experience leading a team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders; strong communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build partnerships with brokers and agencies.
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to read floor plans, RCP, and technical drawings.
- Willlingness to travel domestically and internationally; capable of working across time zones.
