- Liaise with Fever Originals/Ops/Production teams and Project Managers to cover venue options.
- Conduct due diligence of base buildings and maintain a venue database.
- Source venues aligned with Producer concepts; conduct site visits and feasibility checks.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to manage production logistics.
- Ensure design intent aligns with budget and schedule.
- Represent Fever at site visits, meetings, and local events.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience negotiating venue contracts, and/or live events production management.
- Basic knowledge of reading floor plans, RCP, and technical drawings.
- Real Estate experience with broker/agency connections.
- Strong networking and ability to form smart partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management.
