Identify and log localization bugs with reproducible steps
Ensure spelling, grammar, terminology, tone, and cultural appropriateness
Edit or propose fixes to linguistic issues in text management systems
Support glossary and style guide validation during QA cycles
Participate in LQA standups, bug triage, and QA reviews

🎯 Requirements

Native fluency in Russian
Strong written and verbal English communication
0–2 years in LQA, QA, translation, or related work
Familiarity with QA/localization workflows, bug logging, and test execution
Knowledge of JIRA, bug-tracking, or text management systems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
