Localization Quality Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Test localized builds to verify linguistic, functional, and visual accuracy
• Identify and log localization bugs with detailed, reproducible steps
• Ensure consistency in spelling, grammar, terminology, and cultural tone
• Edit or propose fixes to linguistic issues in text management systems
• Support glossary and style guide validation during QA cycles
• Follow test plans and contribute to test case creation

🎯 Requirements

• Native fluency in your supported language (e.g., Japanese)
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• 0–2 years of experience in LQA, QA, translation, or related work
• Familiar with QA/localization workflows, including bug logging and test execution
• Knowledge of JIRA, bug tracking platforms, or text management systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and version control
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work under deadlines, follow instructions, and ask questions when needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
