🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in localization tech, language engineering, or product/tech management.
- Deep knowledge of TMS, CAT tools, and translation solutions.
- Strong NMT/LLMs for translation, post-editing, and MQM/BLEU eval.
- Experience evaluating vendors and guiding buy/build/hybrid decisions.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and translation APIs/orchestration.
- Proficient with Agile tooling such as JIRA/Confluence; backlog, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.
