🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in localization tech, language engineering, or product/tech mgmt.
- Deep knowledge of TMS, CAT tools, and translation solutions; MT/LLMs.
- Experience evaluating vendors and guiding buy/build/hybrid decisions.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., AEM) and API integrations.
- Proven ability to design automated content workflows and ship tooling.
- Excellent facilitation; strong communication; Agile with JIRA/Confluence.
