Localization Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day localization projects across product/marketing/support.
• Own TMS workflows: project setup, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate localization readiness for international launches; surface risks early.
• Triage localization feedback and bugs; work with vendors to fix.
• Improve processes, documentation, and linguistic assets as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years managing localization or content operations.
• Experience with TMS platforms like Smartling or Phrase.
• Strong project management; multi-workstream leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in at least one language beyond English.
• Cross-functional collaboration in tech/marketplace environments.
