🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on with evaluating AI tech (MT, LLM, ASR) and TMS deployment (Smartling/Smartcat).
- Excellent organisational skills; manage multilingual projects independently.
- Fluent English with strong interpersonal skills; build trust with global partners.
- Proactive, solution-driven attitude; detail-oriented; embrace innovative ideas.
- Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams; drive accountability.
