  • Travel daily within the assigned territory to engage partners and be the local face of Papa.

  • Market knowledge of Broward/Palm Beach County geography.
  • Stakeholder engagement with older adults and senior professionals.
  • Field-based mindset: comfortable with mobile, in-person outreach.
  • Regulatory navigation: Medicare and caregiving-compliance knowledge.
  • Autonomy & self-management: manage calendar and CRM with minimal supervision.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Healthcare/Comms or equivalent.
