- Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of properties.
- Ensure guest and owner inquiries are addressed and resolved.
- Meet company standards and metrics (NPS, unit appearance, efficiency).
- Partner with Onboarding when new units join the portfolio.
- Perform light home maintenance and property inspections as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
- 1-2 years in operational support; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
- Supervisory or management experience in a similar industry preferred.
- Technical skills with hardware—laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation.
- Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently within a team.
