📋 Description

  • Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and evaluations.
  • Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of properties.
  • Ensure guest and owner inquiries are addressed and resolved.
  • Meet company standards and metrics (NPS, unit appearance, efficiency).
  • Partner with Onboarding when new units join the portfolio.
  • Perform light home maintenance and property inspections as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
  • 1-2 years in operational support; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
  • Supervisory or management experience in a similar industry preferred.
  • Technical skills with hardware—laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation.
  • Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently within a team.
