  • Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee daily operations and workflows for a portfolio of properties.
  • Provide cross-coverage for your team and management when needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections before guest and owner arrivals.
  • Respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns by email, calls and tickets.
  • Build relationships with property owners to ensure clean, well maintained properties.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years in operational support roles; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
  • Supervisory or management experience in similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Technical computer skills on laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation required.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
