  • Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and evaluations.
  • Oversee daily operations and workflow of a portfolio of properties.
  • Provide cross-coverage for your team and management when necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
  • Support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns via email, calls and tickets.
  • Develop relationships with property owners; ensure properties are clean and well cared for.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality or vacation industries preferred.
  • 1-2 years in operational support; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience in a similar industry preferred.
  • Technical computer skills on laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation required.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
