  • Lead and develop a team through coaching and evaluations.

  • Develop relationships with property owners, ensuring properties are clean and well cared for.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years in operational support roles; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or management level experience in a similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Technical computer skills with hardware such as laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation essential.
  • Dependable, self motivated, able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
