  • Lead and develop a team through coaching and evaluations.
  • Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of properties.
  • Ensure coverage and cross-coverage for the team.

  • Build owner relationships to keep properties clean and well cared for.

🎯 Requirements

  • Hospitality or vacation property experience preferred.
  • 1–2 years in operational support; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Technical computer skills on laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation required.
  • Clear communication and guest/owner service orientation.
