  • Lead and develop a team through coaching and performance reviews.
  • Oversee daily operations and workflow for assigned properties portfolio.
  • Provide cross-coverage for your team and management when needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
  • Support the team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls and tickets.
  • Develop relationships with property owners and become the subject matter expert.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
  • 1-2 years in operational support roles; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
  • Supervisory or management experience in a similar industry preferred.
  • Technical computer skills on laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
  • Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation essential.
  • Dependent, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a collaborative team.
