Collaborate with multi-unit owners and regional managers to drive growth.
Lead onboarding sessions to educate new users on activating campaigns.
Interface with clients via email/phone to provide support and expertise.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of Account Management experience; tech company preferred.
Quick learner; able to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication to educate/train clients.
Very organized with keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical, creative, problem-solving; team player.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; strong English.
