🎯 Requirements

2+ years in personal lending or loan advisory.
Proven lead-to-sales conversion; track record of meeting targets.
Tech-literate; assist with uploading documents and navigating websites.
Knowledge of personal finance and lending regulations (debt resolution).
Read scripts and follow compliance on every call.
Strong objection handling and desire to exceed targets.
