Loan Originator Assistant

📋 Description

• Facilitate loan apps; collect docs; run DU/LP/AUS; prep files.
• Coordinate between LO originator, partners, and clients; schedule follow-ups.
• Promote Envoy’s products to agents and buyers; track follow-ups.
• Assist processor with scenarios using underwriting guidelines.
• Manage pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA; including 203K.
• Enter loan apps into LOS; review for inconsistencies; follow up on conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's a plus.
• 3-5+ years in LOA/Loan Partner/Processor/Underwriter preferred.
• Knowledge of DU/DO, LP, AUS; Encompass experience preferred.
• MS Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.
• Ability to learn mortgage processes and stay current with investor guidelines.
• Excellent customer service; team player; detail oriented; proactive.
