Facilitate initial contact with leads for loan originators and teams.
Record discovery calls and lead lifecycle in HubSpot CRM.
Explain loan process, timing, and required documents to clients.
Coordinate discussions among originators, partners, and clients; schedule meetings.
Promote Envoy products to agents, buyers, and referrals; manage follow ups.
Enter loan applications and maintain loan progress in the system.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
1+ years of LOA/Loan Partner/Processor/Underwriter experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working knowledge of DU/DO, LP, and Encompass (preferred).
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Self-starter, reliable, detail oriented with strong follow-up and time management.
