Support assigned Loan Officers in managing leads, pipelines, and workflows
Prepare and review loan applications and files for completeness and compliance
Own Orchard's Equity Advance loan product; prepare financials and pre-approve
Serve as main contact for customers at key points of loan process
Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and closers to move files toward close
Input and maintain data in LOS and CRM

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in a loan officer assistant/loan processor or similar role
NMLS license preferred
Strong knowledge of purchase loan products including Conventional, FHA, and VA
Working knowledge of credit reports and how to read them
Experience with LOS platforms such as BytePro
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
