Support Loan Officers in leads, pipelines, and workflows
Prepare and review loan applications for completeness and compliance
Own the Equity Advance loan product, including financials and pre-approval
Communicate with customers and agents, collecting documents and providing updates
Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closers to meet close dates
Update and maintain data in the LOS and CRM

🎯 Requirements

NMLS license preferred
2+ years of experience in a loan officer assistant or similar role
Knowledge of purchase loan products and Conventional, FHA, and VA documents
Working knowledge of credit reports and how to read them
Experience with LOS platforms such as BytePro preferred
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
