📋 Description

• Guide borrowers through docs with clear updates.
• Review credit, income, and asset docs for compliance.
• Identify additional docs, verify conditions, manage fees, maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate across teams to move loans efficiently.
• Issue disclosures within required timelines.
• Hours are Monday–Friday 8a–5p.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of mortgage operations experience.
• Experience managing a borrower pipeline and processing loan files.
• Strong communication with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Knowledge of FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan products.
• Detail-oriented with strong file accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, structured environment.
