📋 Description

• Guide borrowers through documentation with clear communication and updates.
• Review and analyze credit, income, and asset docs for compliance.
• Identify additional doc needs, verify conditions, assess fees, maintain file accuracy.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and vendors to move loans efficiently.
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines.
• Hours Mon-Fri 8a–5p; remote, flexible work.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in mortgage operations (processing, disclosures) with daily borrower updates.
• Experience with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA) preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented; ability to create order from complexity.
• Clear and comfortable communication with clients and internal teams.
• Prefer a task-driven, consistent workflow and ability to handle repetition.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and stay focused under pressure; work independently in a remote setting.
