Loan Coordinator - Remote Mortgage Operations Professional (Montana)

📋 Description

• Guide borrowers through documentation with clear updates via phone, email, and text.
• Review and analyze credit, income, and asset docs to ensure loan compliance.
• Identify additional doc needs, verify conditions, assess fees, maintain file accuracy.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and vendors to move loans efficiently.
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines.
• Hours Mon-Fri 8a–5p; occasional shifts may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year mortgage operations experience.
• Experience managing a borrower pipeline and processing loan files.
• Regularly communicating updates to customers, internal teams, or vendors.
• Prefer experience with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA).
• Detail-oriented and able to create order from complexity.
• Clear, proactive communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
