Loan Coordinator - Remote Mortgage Operations Professional (Idaho)

📋 Description

• Guide borrowers through the documentation process with clear updates via phone, email and text.
• Review credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance with guidelines.
• Identify additional documentation needs, verify conditions, and maintain file accuracy.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers and vendors to move loans forward.
• Issue compliance disclosures within required timelines.
• Hours are Mon-Fri 8a-5p.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of mortgage operations experience.
• Experience managing a borrower pipeline and communicating with customers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan products.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work remotely in a task-driven environment.
