📋 Description

• Guide borrowers through documentation with clear updates via phone/email/text.
• Review credit, income, and asset docs for compliance and loan needs.
• Identify missing docs, verify conditions, and manage file accuracy.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and vendors to move loans.
• Issue disclosures within required timelines and maintain compliance.
• Work hours Mon-Fri 8a-5p in a remote setting.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in mortgage operations (pipeline, processing, updates).
• Experience communicating with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Ability to handle disclosures and timelines in mortgage process.
• Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Prefer experience with FHA, Conventional, and USDA products.
