🎯 Requirements
- At least 1-year mortgage operations experience; manage a borrower-facing pipeline with daily customer updates.
- Experience with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA) is preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented; able to create order from complexity.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote setting.
