📋 Description

• Guide borrowers with updates via phone, email, and text.
• Review credit, income, and asset docs for loan requirements.
• Identify missing docs, verify conditions, and track fees.
• Collaborate with LO, underwriters, closers, and vendors to move loans.
• Issue disclosures within required timelines.
• Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in mortgage operations with borrower pipeline.
• Experience with FHA, Conventional, and USDA loans.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Clear communicator with clients and internal teams.
• Comfortable with repetitive, task-driven workflows.
• Adaptable under shifting priorities; works remotely.
