Loan Coordinator - Remote Mortgage Operations Professional (Arizona)

📋 Description

• Guide borrowers through documentation with clear updates via phone, email, and text.
• Review credit, income, and asset docs to ensure loan guidelines.
• Identify additional documentation needs and verify conditions.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and vendors to move loans forward.
• Accurately issue compliance disclosures within required timelines.
• Hours are Mon–Fri 8a–5p in a remote environment.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of mortgage operations experience.
• Experience managing a borrower pipeline and processing loan files.
• Ability to communicate updates to customers, internal teams, or third-party partners.
• Familiarity with FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan products is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
