We are seeking a Group Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. You will lead a team of high-performing product managers, building out our Digital Logistics Execution platform. In this role, you will be addressing market opportunities and delivering innovative, sophisticated Software as a Service (SaaS) and logistics solutions for shippers to easily manage their transportation needs and make the best choices to move their freight. You will be responsible for supporting partnerships, defining your product's vision, strategy, and roadmap execution, launching those products in the market. You will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including operations, business development, sales, design, and engineering.

LOCATION: Anywhere in Latin America - Remote.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Collaborate on the strategic planning and management of our Shipper facing product portfolio, conducting relevant product research; establishing competitive intelligence and various market analyses to support the strategy.
  • Work closely with the product leadership team to set standards for the product team. Partner with engineering leads to ensure the teams of PM’s, designers and engineers are operating effectively at all levels.
  • Lead a team of high-performing product managers, manage headcount, succession planning, external hires and internal transfers.
  • Manage cross-team dynamics to ensure the entire team is successful, proactively instituting process improvements across your team, e.g., review and provide feedback on roadmaps, strategic plans and feature specs
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the domains in your division and provide guidance to the leadership team into customer needs, business strategy, marketplace dynamics and competitors
  • Represent the business and promote the product by advocating for its value and benefits to customers, at executive briefings, marketing events, online consumer platforms, and so forth.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, business development, operations, design, and engineering.
  • Understanding in great detail your customer's pain points, develop your product's vision, strategy, and roadmap to better address those points, and generate value for the business.
  • Working with multiple opportunities from discovery to delivery and launch, including defining go-to-market strategies that aligned with the defined vision and strategy.
  • Partnering with executive leadership to evolve the development process to increase the speed and quality of product development and deployment.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management managing software products from inception through launch and iteration
  • 3+ years of experience building, mentoring, and leading a world-class team of Product Managers at various levels to deliver business results
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and digital solutions.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS products, taking early stage software solutions toward a successful goal of product-market-fit
  • Experience in high growth environments, particularly in B2B SaaS and with areas of the product that are revenue sensitive
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, UX and UI, and brokering trade offs with stakeholders
  • Experience translating commercial business models/needs into technical solutions that solve important needs and challenges of B2B customers
  • Experience with hypotheses-driven and numbers-orientated execution whereby product dollar impact is explicitly measured and managed
  • Experience aligning key stakeholders on an inspiring vision and a crystal clear strategy, centered on intimate knowledge of customer insights, pain points and opportunities to delight, as well as market and competition insights
  • Ability to drive world class agile execution and testing velocity, by constantly developing internal team and capabilities.
