📋 Description

  • Assist LOA Specialists with prep of LOA documents and materials.
  • Research LOA legislative changes; update and file in DMS.
  • Manage LOA case queue to ensure timely routing.
  • Research LOA issues to help Specialists reach timely resolutions.
  • Prepare LOA reports and support training for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years LOA exposure or LOA claims processing.
  • 5+ years in administration or HR.
  • Knowledge of federal/state/local leave laws and wage programs (CA, DC, HI, MA, NY, WA).
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA and Workers' Comp.
  • Confidentiality and data handling skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
