🎯 Requirements
- 1-2 years LOA exposure or LOA claims processing.
- 5+ years in administration or HR.
- Knowledge of federal/state/local leave laws and wage programs (CA, DC, HI, MA, NY, WA).
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA and Workers' Comp.
- Confidentiality and data handling skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
