LLM Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own LLM infra powering core surfaces (growth, trust, fraud, tooling).
• Build scalable LLM evaluation frameworks for CI/CD.
• Deploy RAG and MCP servers to ground LLMs with PII controls.
• Design human-in-the-loop feedback pipelines for evaluation.
• Bridge research to production for scalable solutions.
• Tackle new AI tech challenges as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building ML systems and algorithms.
• BS in CS, Stats, Applied Math, or related field.
• 3+ years software engineering for production systems.
• 1+ years Python development.
• Autonomous work style and ability to share findings with leadership.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis.
• DataDog and Grafana for visualization.
• AWS: Sagemaker, Lambda, Kinesis, S3, EC2, EKS/ECS, Kafka, Flink.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Remote-friendly collaboration and reproducible work.
