About the Organization

Join a mission-driven and fast-growing home healthcare company, serving patients and families across multiple states with compassion, professionalism, and a relentless focus on quality. With the expected growth, the organization is committed to building an employee experience that matches the care standards—and that starts with a bold and human-centered People strategy.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly technical HRIS, Compensation & Benefits Manager to help shape the Total Rewards strategy and optimize how teams across 24+ locations are supported. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of technology, data, and people, and it’s critical to how the organization scales equitably and efficiently.

You’ll own the day-to-day administration and strategic optimization of the Workday system, benefits programs, and compensation structures. You’ll build smarter systems, simplify complex concepts, and ensure compliance, while helping employees actually understand and access the tools that support the management of people and their well-being.\

WHAT YOU'LL DO

HRIS Systems & Reporting

  • Serve as the Workday SME, maintaining system configurations, eligibility rules, backend processes, and workflow automation.

  • Proactively maintain and document SOPs, knowledge transfer materials, and system processes to ensure continuity and transparency.

  • Develop dashboards and ad hoc reports that provide actionable insights for leadership and HR teams.

  • Lead Workday-related projects, optimizing existing processes and identifying efficiency opportunities.

  • Educate managers and HRBPs to use Workday and benefits tools effectively; Create intuitive guides, playbooks, and SOPs for HRBPs, managers, and employees to reduce ambiguity and build self-sufficiency.

Compensation & Job Architecture

  • Conduct market pricing, job analysis, and salary benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness

  • Build and maintain compensation structures, job levels, and incentive programs

  • Support quarterly bonus cycles, performance-based pay, and promotion frameworks

  • Review and approve compensation changes, offers, and equity adjustments with speed and accuracy

Benefits Administration & Optimization

  • Own the day-to-day operations of all health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, HSA, EAP, wellness)

  • Partner on plan design, ACA compliance, open enrollment strategy, and 401(k) administration

  • Identify creative ways to increase benefits engagement and optimize the level-funded plans

  • Respond to benefits escalations with empathy, clarity, and solutions-oriented thinking

Communication & Employee Experience

  • Create clear, compelling content and tools that help employees understand their total rewards package

  • Reduce inbound questions by proactively automating FAQs, building intuitive guides, and enabling self-service

  • Support culture-building initiatives including recognition, wellness, and employee education

  • Collaborate across teams with empathy, clarity, and a low-ego, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Support additional HR initiatives, projects, or responsibilities as needed to meet the evolving needs of the team and organization.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

  • Bring 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards and HRIS/HR analytics with at least 3 years in Workday

  • Have strong technical proficiency in Workday, especially in benefits, comp, eligibility rules, and business office functionality

  • Are an Excel superuser who can build models, analyze trends, and clean messy data sets with ease

  • Have healthcare or high-compliance industry experience (strongly preferred)

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence—especially when translating complexity into digestible, actionable guidance

  • Are fast-moving, solutions-oriented, and naturally curious about how things work (and how to make them better)

  • Get energy from solving problems, automating where possible, and scaling what works

  • Thrive in a collaborative, low-ego environment where knowledge is shared freely and learning is ongoing

Benefits Package:
