HR Director Role

What Will You Do?

You will strategically partner with business leaders to ensure Human Resources services effectively align with and support strategies to meet constantly changing business needs. As a strong leader, you will invoke a positive work culture through imparting vision, empowerment, and program development. You will be responsible for personnel administration matters that encompass talent acquisition, performance evaluation, disciplinary action, staffing levels, succession planning, and professional development.

This is an onsite in-office role. Relocation provided for candidates who are not local and willing to relocate.

What Will You Do?

You will strategically partner with business leaders to ensure Human Resources services effectively align with and support strategies to meet constantly changing business needs. Using your strong HR background, you will establish best practices; creating policies and procedures; determining key indicators of success, as well as working within limits of a pre-determined budget to acquire, allocate, and manage resources in a manner that is fiscally responsible and mitigates risk to the Company. As a strong leader, you will invoke a positive work culture through imparting vision, empowerment, and program development. You will be responsible for personnel administration matters that encompass talent acquisition, performance evaluation, disciplinary action, staffing levels, succession planning, and professional development.

What Do You Need?

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

· 10+ years Human Resources experience in compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition & development, performance management, and/or strategic planning.

· 5 years in manufacturing environment

· 5 years in HR strategy

· Advanced knowledge of state and federal employment laws, safety practices and procedures, and employee relations principles

· Ability to administer policies over multiple locations

· Advanced recruiting methods and techniques

· A positive can-do attitude!

· Bilingual – English/Spanish required
