📋 Description

  • Lead complex SaaS issue investigations as SME for LivePerson platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years as Tier 3/4 SaaS support engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or Math.
  • Experience with enterprise customers via calls and emails.
  • Strong knowledge of web tech, debugging, and reading code (JavaScript/HTML).
  • SQL experience; ability to write queries.
  • SaaS/Cloud infrastructure; monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Kibana, Splunk).
  • Self-learner; resilient; service orientation; cross-functional mindset.
