  • Coordinate with Support, Account Management, and other teams.

  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
  • Quick learner; comfortable in fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience with WordPress and/or other site builders (Weebly, Wix, etc).
  • Understand website best practices.
