📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end production of complex live experiences.
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors and venues.
• Manage budgets, schedules and project scope.

• Maintain production docs and schedules with cross‑dept teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in live event or entertainment production.
• Proven track record delivering complex productions with large budgets.
• Strong knowledge of production tech: staging, lighting, sound.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendors.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills (Gantt tools).
