🎯 Requirements

- Hands-on experience supporting live streaming or digital content programs
- Fluent English; clear, confident client-facing communication
- Experience managing multiple accounts with an organized system
- Proactive follow-ups; nothing falls through the cracks
- Ability to read performance data and derive actionable next steps
